My name is Vanessa Ovalle, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach to therapy is client-centered, with a strong emphasis on solution-focused strategies and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
Before becoming a counselor, I worked in early childhood education as both a teacher and later a director. These experiences gave me valuable insight into the developmental needs of children and the importance of working collaboratively with families. I have always enjoyed working with children and adolescents, and I bring a creative, empathetic approach to helping them grow and thrive.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy crafting, watching movies, and traveling to new places.
