Hi, I’m Stacie! I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who is passionate about supporting children, teens, young adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges.
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, accepted, and able to show up as themselves. My goal is to meet each client where they are while helping them explore their emotions, develop coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and work toward goals that feel meaningful to them.
I have experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and identity development. I also have a strong background working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, which has shaped the way I approach therapy with patience, flexibility, creativity, and respect for each person’s unique needs.
My style is warm, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I strive to help clients recognize their strengths, feel more empowered in their daily lives, and move toward healing and growth at a pace that feels right for them.
