LSW
5-24
Hi, I am Sierra! I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Colorado. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Family and Human Development and my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. I have experience working with children and families in both the roles of behavioral therapist and school counselor. I have had success assisting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD) and more. I enjoy really getting to know my clients and finding a personalized path to their goals while keeping the whole picture of life in mind.
My passion for counseling comes from a love for connecting with people and helping them on their journey to the life of their dreams. I believe everyone has the ability to reach their goals but there is no “one size fits all” solution. My creativity and flexibility allow me to find the exact tools and supports that you need for whatever stage of progress you are at. I believe in the dignity and worth of each person, social justice and advocacy. I want to be your support and cheerleader!
In my personal life I enjoy spending time outdoors and at home with friends and family. I enjoy yoga, long distance running, hiking and camping. At home I like doing arts and crafts, video games, playing ukulele and baking. My favorite things are Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, US History, Super Mario, and all things adorable.
