Hello! My name is Nicolette Griffith! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in the state of Colorado. I have experience working with youth in the school setting and with professional athletes. Let’s be honest, being a teenager/young adult is hard sometimes and being able to navigate situations, relationships, extracurriculars, and so much more can be challenging.
I have worked with teenagers and young adults as they cope with stress, anxiety, ADHD, peer and family relationships, and sport anxiety. I help create a place where youth feel they are in a safe environment to be themselves and that they feel supported, without judgment. My approach is goal-oriented and solution-focused assisting youth to help identify areas of concern and work to create change. I believe that everyone can create a positive change and move towards a positive balanced lifestyle!
