As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Candidate (PCLC) in Montana and a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. I provide a supportive space to help you build resilience and stronger connections. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, meaning we focus on your unique needs while equipping you with the tools to move forward with confidence.
With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional, I integrate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), solutions-focused therapy, and play therapy modalities. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Before becoming a therapist, I served four years in the U.S. Coast Guard, where I worked in law enforcement, search and rescue, and emergency response. My career has spanned from roles in real estate, crisis counseling, county jail evaluations, school-based counseling, psychiatric units, and rehabilitation for traumatic brain injuries. This diverse experience allows me to connect with clients from all walks of life.
Originally from Utah, I’ve lived across the country but was always drawn to Montana’s beauty and close-knit community. After visiting for over 20 years, I finally made it my home. When I’m not working, you’ll find me skiing fresh powder, hiking scenic trails, or enjoying a great workout. I also love cooking, reading, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
