About Me:

Hello everyone! I am Kelly. I am a licensed LPCC with 25 years of experience in education. I enjoy working with kids, teens, and young adults. My therapy approaches include client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and relaxation techniques. I want to work as part of a team to create a comfortable environment that supports growth and change.

My main area of focus in counseling is anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, and suicidal ideation. I use all my toolkits to help a wide range of clients through difficulties and to help them move forward. If we move forward, but fall back, we keep taking that next step.

When I am not working with clients, I spend time with my family and travel. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in education. I then attended Adams State University and received my Master’s in Counseling. I am from Texas and love to talk and listen. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and cared for, and to believe that change is possible.
