Hi, I'm Emily!
I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. I believe that every person deserves a supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Colorado State University and have experience working with individuals across a variety of settings, including schools, community-based programs, behavioral health services, and perinatal mental health. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, life transitions, school-related stress, grief, self-esteem, and trauma. I am especially passionate about supporting young people as they navigate identity development, relationships, and major life changes.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and developing practical tools to support their emotional well-being. Using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, I work alongside clients to identify their goals, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my animals, playing soccer, attending Denver sporting events, and exploring the outdoors. I feel honored to support clients on their journey and look forward to helping them discover their resilience and reach their goals.
