Hi, I am delighted to have you here! I’m Callie Jo Morton, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Colorado. Over the past four years, I've served as a school social worker and also worked in medical and government environments. My therapeutic toolkit draws from evidence-based modalities such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, internal family systems (parts work), and somatic experiencing.
I specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges related to executive functioning, identity, adjustment/transitions, self-esteem, relationships, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, grief, stress, and trauma. My therapeutic approach emphasizes holistic healing, integrating mind, body, and spirit. I blend evidence-based therapies with mindfulness practices, respecting each person's unique journey to foster comprehensive well-being and empower lasting positive change.
I have a particular passion for working with neurodivergent folks and believe strongly in celebrating our differences. Outside of my professional life, I cherish time with family and friends as well as enjoy attending live music events, skee ball, basketball, outdoor activities particularly near water, creative crafting, and playful moments with my dogs.
