Hi! I’m Brooke, my pronouns are she/her. I’m a Licensed Social Worker in Chicago, Illinois. I have a passion for helping clients meet their needs and feel empowered to strive for their goals. I use a person-centered and strengths-based approach to meet you where you’re at. I like to make therapy fun and comfortable for everyone. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Social Work from Bradley University, and my Masters of Social Work from Aurora University, I am also a certified yoga instructor. I have experience working with youth supporting them through life challenges, trauma, and mental health struggles. I love seeing my clients grow and thrive through therapeutic care, some of the modalities I like to use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness. All in all, I want to build and maintain a safe and supportive space for each individual I work with.
Outside of being a therapist, I love to spend my time with my friends and family and enjoy my favorite activities. Some of my favorite things to do are exploring and playing with my dog, practicing yoga, swimming and going to the beach, traveling, and going to the movies. I love learning and finding new things to know and do!
