Welcome! I am a Licensed Social Worker in the states of Colorado and Georgia.
My passion is working with children, families, and military-connected individuals on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood dysregulation, grief, stress, and more. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space for clients of all identities and backgrounds.
My counseling philosophy is based on the belief that we all possess the power to change. I work collaboratively with my clients using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, play therapy, and a solution-focused approach to facilitate this change.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places, volunteering, and practicing mindfulness. I look forward to working with you toward a greater sense of inner peace and well-being!
