Hello! My name is Anna, and I am a Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA) based out of Oregon. I received a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Portland State University and a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University; go Beavs!
Life is hard, especially without support. I specialize in serving humans who are medically complex, have experienced traumatic brain injuries, are athletes, experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or are navigating becoming your most authentic self. My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed, meaning that we will gently explore topics that are important to you, in a way that keeps you feeling safe.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a competitive gymnast, a hospital Social Worker, and a housing and foreclosure counselor. On a sunny day, you will find me in the garden, playing with my senior dog Charlie, or exploring the Oregon Outback. It would be my pleasure to help support you and your goals, let’s talk!
