Hi, there! My name is Andra Gutierrez (Andy), and I am a licensed social worker in Colorado. My personal pronouns are She/Her. My experience comes from years of working with youth, teens, and young adults in mental health and education behavioral health settings. I believe in a strengths-based approach, and value each person’s individuality.
I utilize evidence-based modalities such as Mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy to help empower your voice leading the way in your own journey of self-growth. I have specialized experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, and crisis-intervention.
In my free time I enjoy spending my days with my two dogs adventuring in the mountains or anywhere outside, reading lots of books, and attending as many music concerts as I am able to.
