Hi, I’m Amal (she/her). I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on meeting clients where they are. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and family relationships. I draw from CBT, DBT, and family-based approaches while tailoring therapy to each person’s needs. I also value making space for identity, culture, relationships, and the experiences that shape who we are. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, respected, and never judged.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying new food and restaurants, traveling, and being involved in my community. I’m always looking for little ways to slow down, enjoy the people around me, and make time for the things that bring me joy.
