About Me:

Hi! I’m glad you’re here. I’m Alyssa and I’m a Licensed Social Worker. I obtained my masters degree from the University of Minnesota (where I was born and raised!) I am brand new to Colorado and can’t wait to enjoy everything this state has to offer. 

I understand that every stage of life brings its own joys and challenges, from early childhood through young adulthood, and my role is to meet you where you are. I am committed to creating a welcoming and supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself. 

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you discover your strengths. Whether you are managing stress, navigating relationships, or working through difficult emotions, we will work together to build skills, resilience, and confidence. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward growth and healing.
