Hello! My name is Alex Miles, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I have experience working with a variety of adults and youth including those with psychosis disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, spirituality, and addiction. In addition, I am passionate to empower and come alongside those with disabilities, catastrophic injuries, and military service members, veterans, and their families.
I primarily utilize a person-centered approach drawing upon cognitive behavioral, existential, and solution-focused techniques to encourage and empower you. I look forward to starting this journey with you.
