Mindhues Services in Oregon

Who we are

Mindhues is a team of licensed mental health professionals dedicated to providing compassionate, specialized support for young people in Oregon.

Adolescence is a pivotal time, and it’s crucial that young individuals have the support they need. In Oregon, the mental health challenges faced by youth are particularly concerning. The state has the highest rate in the nation of youth experiencing at least one major depressive episode, with 24.96% of adolescents aged 12-17 affected.

Alarmingly, 44.7% of these young individuals did not receive any mental health treatment, highlighting a significant gap in accessible care. Furthermore, in 2021, approximately 14,000 Oregon youth were living with a substance use disorder, underscoring the intertwined nature of mental health and substance use challenges among adolescents.

At Mindhues, we are dedicated to bridging this gap. Our licensed professionals provide empathetic care, guiding youth to develop resilience and self-assurance. From comprehensive assessments to personalized treatment plans, we are here to support their journey toward improved mental health and a brighter future.

Therapists

The journey through adolescence isn’t always easy, but no young person should have to go through it alone. In Oregon, our therapists provide a safe and nurturing space where youth can process emotions, express themselves freely, and develop strong coping skills. Whether facing anxiety, depression, major life changes, or daily stress, our licensed professionals customize therapy to support each individual’s unique experiences. Using evidence-based strategies, they empower young people to build resilience and self-confidence. At Mindhues, we believe that youth in Oregon deserve compassionate care tailored to their needs. Our therapists are here to listen, guide, and support them on the path to a healthier, brighter future.

Psychiatrists

Mental health conditions can affect more than emotions—they can interfere with focus, relationships, and daily activities. In Oregon, our psychiatrists offer comprehensive evaluations and treatment for youth dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. Taking a compassionate, research-driven approach, they collaborate with each child, teen, and family to create a personalized treatment plan that fits their specific needs. If medication is part of the care plan, our psychiatrists ensure it’s prescribed thoughtfully and monitored to maximize benefits. At Mindhues, we are committed to helping Oregon’s youth regain confidence, balance, and the ability to engage in life with a renewed sense of well-being.

Case Managers

Navigating the mental health system in Oregon can feel complicated, but families don’t have to do it alone. Our case managers play a crucial role in connecting youth and their families with the right resources, from therapy and psychiatric care to school and community-based support. By offering guidance every step of the way, they help streamline the process and ensure that young people receive the care they need. Each case manager develops personalized care plans to break down barriers to treatment and make services more accessible. At Mindhues, we believe in simplifying access to mental health support so that Oregon’s youth can focus on healing, growing, and looking ahead to a brighter future.
