Mindhues is a team of licensed mental health professionals dedicated to providing compassionate, specialized support for young people in Idaho.
Navigating adolescence presents distinct challenges, and no young individual should face them alone. In Idaho, approximately 21.5% of youth aged 12-17 have experienced at least one major depressive episode in the past year. The state has also seen an increase in suicide rates among youth aged 10-17, rising from 8 to 10.7 per 100,000 between 2016 and 2021. Alarmingly, 53.8% of Idaho youth with serious emotional disturbance likely experience unmet needs for mental health services. Additionally, rates of anxiety and depression among Idaho children continue to rise.
At Mindhues, we are committed to making a difference. Our licensed professionals offer compassionate care, helping youth build resilience and confidence. From initial assessments to ongoing treatment, we provide personalized support to guide them toward a brighter, healthier future.

Psychiatrists
Mental health challenges don’t just affect emotions—they can impact how the brain functions and a young person’s ability to thrive. In Idaho, our psychiatrists provide expert assessment and treatment for youth facing conditions like anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Through a compassionate, evidence-based approach, they work closely with each individual and their family to develop a care plan that meets their unique needs. If medication is recommended, our psychiatrists ensure it’s carefully prescribed and monitored for effectiveness. At Mindhues, we are dedicated to helping Idaho’s youth regain stability, confidence, and a sense of control in their lives, so they can move forward with strength and resilience.
Case Managers
Finding the right mental health care in Idaho can be overwhelming, but families shouldn’t have to navigate it alone. Our case managers work alongside youth and their families to ensure they receive the necessary support. From coordinating therapy and psychiatric services to helping connect with school and community resources, they offer expert guidance at every step. By creating customized care plans, our case managers remove obstacles to treatment and make the process easier to manage. At Mindhues, we believe access to care should be straightforward. With the right support system in place, young people in Idaho can focus on healing, growing, and shaping a brighter future.
