Mindhues is a team of licensed mental health professionals dedicated to providing compassionate, specialized support for young people in Colorado.
Growing up comes with unique challenges, and no young person should face them alone. In Colorado, nearly 40% of high school students report feeling so sad or hopeless they stop usual activities, and over 23% of youth aged 12-17 have had major depressive episodes—higher than the national average. Yet, more than half of those young people in need don’t receive treatment.
We’re here to help. At Mindhues, our licensed professionals provide compassionate care, helping youth build resilience and confidence. From initial assessments to ongoing treatment, we’re dedicated to supporting their journey to a brighter, healthier future.
Through our therapy services, we provide personalized support for emotional and behavioral concerns. Delivered by licensed professionals in Colorado, therapy helps young people understand their thoughts, feelings, and actions while building healthy coping skills. Using tailored approaches, our therapists help to guide youth through challenges, equipping them with strategies to foster resilience, growth, and emotional well-being.
Our psychiatric services address young people’s more complex mental health conditions through comprehensive evaluations and tailored care. From diagnosis to medication management, we provide personalized support to meet the unique needs of youth and guide them toward improved mental health and well-being.
Therapists
The path through adolescence can be challenging, and no young person should have to navigate it alone. In Colorado, our therapists provide a safe, supportive environment where youth can express themselves, process emotions, and develop essential coping skills. Whether struggling with anxiety, depression, major life changes, or everyday stress, our licensed professionals tailor therapy to fit each individual’s needs. Through evidence-based strategies, they help young people build resilience and self-confidence. At Mindhues, we believe every youth in Colorado deserves compassionate care designed just for them. Our therapists are here to listen, support, and guide them toward a healthier, brighter future.
Psychiatrists
Mental health challenges can affect more than emotions—they can impact focus, relationships, and overall well-being. In Colorado, our psychiatrists provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment for youth facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other concerns. Using a compassionate, research-based approach, they collaborate closely with young people and their families to create personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs. If medication is part of the care plan, our psychiatrists ensure it is carefully prescribed and closely monitored for effectiveness. At Mindhues, we are committed to helping Colorado’s youth regain balance, confidence, and a renewed sense of well-being so they can fully engage in life.
Case Managers
Navigating the mental health system in Colorado can be overwhelming, but families don’t have to do it alone. Our case managers play a vital role in connecting youth and their families to the right support, from therapy and psychiatric care to school and community-based services. By providing expert guidance every step of the way, they simplify the process and ensure that young people receive the care they need. Each case manager develops a personalized care plan, breaking down barriers to treatment and making services more accessible. At Mindhues, we are dedicated to making mental health support easier to access so Colorado’s youth can focus on healing, growing, and building a brighter future.
